wooden structure in Czechia.
ready for the coming electric car boom.
Only materials such as wood, concrete, glass, steel, and aluminium are used, with no plastic or any other synthetic materials allowed.
We've decided to build a wooden structure as a guiding light for future generations.
Our choice of materials and technologies forges a sustainable harmony between our headquarters and the natural world, peacefully nestled along the tranquil banks of the Vltava River.
Aiming to Save 20MWh Annually with Smart & AI systems
The building proactively adjusts to daily patterns and current occupancy levels, autonomously controlling temperatures, ensuring optimal air quality, and powering down inactive stand-by devices.
Robotic Farming Evolution
Pioneering the advancement of autonomous agricultural systems, striving to create a self-sufficient machine for growing healthy vegetables. X hub is committed to ceaselessly planting and testing our innovative robotic platform, Roboton.
Greenhouses and Fields
Covering a total area of 0.5 hectares for year-round cultivation of fruits and vegetables.
Agrorobots
Agricultural production is maintained by Robotons, our autonomous farming robots.
Bistro and Restaurant
The top floor of the building features a restaurant with a full kitchen, where we process and prepare what we harvest.
Our brand Roboton is a revolution in the field of autonomous agriculture. Introducing an autonomous agricultural robot that plans, sows, waters, hoes, nurtures, and harvests. It is self-sufficient, energy-independent, and focused on 100% organic production.
Architecture
Modern Simplicity
Nothing extra, every detail of the X hub has its purpose. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials and a well-thought-out design from Studio Perspective, we did not have to add any additional decorative elements. Instead, we exposed the supporting structure made of spruce wood and wooden ceiling panels. The warm natural tones are balanced by gray concrete plaster on the floors and white walls.
Offices and Bistro with Terrace
In the first three floors, we placed administrative spaces, while relaxation zones for employees are directly under the roof--which includes a bistro and a terrace with views of the surrounding landscape. It's here that you can taste specialties from our greenhouses and fields cultivated by agrobots.
For Employees and the Public
We designed the entire hub to be as open as possible to its surroundings. The company's new headquarters are used by drivers who charge their electric vehicles, employees, and locals resting in the park area; as well as people playing tennis on the low-maintenance court.
